Have you ever tried to lose weight, to tone up, to improve your health but failed? Me too. So does about 80% of the population. Most people do not even make it past the second or third week. Why? Because they lacked motivation and support. They went in it alone and had no accountability to keep going. If those people had someone to continually motivate them, to check in with them daily, then they would succeed. 

Fitness has become my passion. I believe that everyone deserves to be happier, healthier and more confident in their life. The best part of my job is being able to work with others and help them not only establish their personal goals but achieve them. There is no better feeling then seeing someone excel in their health and establishing a platform for the rest of their life. A healthy inside starts with a positive mindset and a healthy basis. FREE HEALTH AND FITNESS MINI CHALLENGE GROUPS

Every month during the second week of the month I run a free 5 day themed group. These groups are designed to establish a feeling for a challenge group while gaining knowledge and having fun. In each themed group, you can learn fun fitness challenges, learn the basics of meal planning including grocery lists and health tips. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE GYM AND A CHALLENGE GROUP?

Those that join the gym always have great intentions but the gym doesn't check in on you. If you skip a day the gym doesn't care because you paid your fees and they aren't invested in you and your progress. Most gyms enjoy the fact that people don't show up and quit because then they are receiving money without actually providing services- good for them, awful for you. If you binge eat and fall off the wagon, the gym won't be there to pick you back up. When you join a challenge group, you do have someone that checks in, that is with you through the progress and failures. In a challenge group, there is someone there to keep you on track.



WHY IS A CHALLENGE GROUP YOUR BEST OPTION?

I am a product of the challenge group process. I needed that motivation and accountability that I wasn't getting at the gym. I know that when you TRUST your coach, when you COMMIT to your workouts and FOLLOW your meal plan that you get RESULTS. There are no gimmicks, no magic pills. This is a proven process that works when you do.I am a traveling therapist with a passion for health and fitness. I see too often people that wish they would have taken care of themselves sooner. I want to help you live the best, healthiest and most fulfilling life you can.

My challenge groups are PRIVATE small groups that I run monthly on the Facebook.. What you get is me, and several other successful coaches on my team that have similar goals like yourself. I will help you choose a specific program that is best suited for you and your goals. I will help you make a meal plan that works for you and is realistic. You get my 1:1 coaching, daily motivation, health and fitness tips, recipes, fun daily assignments and weekly meal plans. The benefits of my groups are that you get SERIOUSLY AWESOME positive feedback while we support you as you learn and grow. There is a team that is there to answer any of your questions. The benefit to the group is that you get a TON of positive feedback and support while you LEARN. There are guidelines to my groups, but as long as you make an effort, commit and give it your all, you are welcome to participate. 

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT CHALLENGE GROUPS:

1. Do I need a gym membership or high level equipment? NOPE! All you need is your laptop or DVD player and a set of light weights! 
2. Do I have to publicly post or share my photos? NOPE! You only have to share what is comfortable to you!
3. What if I am just starting out or have an injury? You are your only competition, if you have to slow down, modify or change up an exercise that's totally okay! You set your pace and every program has a modifier.
4. Am I guaranteed results? Results vary by person, level of commitment to their workout and ability to follow their meal plan. Most challengers average a 10-15 pound weight loss in their first 3 weeks. Those who stick to their nutritional plan have better results.
5. What happens after my first challenge group? For my personal clients, I have established an online gym so that you never are without motivation and accountability.
