Stress Free Saturday: Healthier Snacking Options

Snacking is my biggest downfall so over the course of changing the way I ate to improve my health I started compiling a list of healthier snack options I could pack and take with me while I travel or while I am at work. Hope things helps :)

HEALTHIER SNACKING OPTIONS
1. Hummus with raw veggies
2. Apple with peanut or almond butter
3. Brown rice cake, peanut butter and a cut up banana
4. Carrots with avocado dip
5. String cheese and grapes
6. Fruit with skinny nutella
7. Air popped corn
8. Rolled turkey breast (boar’s head deli meat has no nitrates or preservatives)
9. Sliced bell pepper with skinny ranch dip
10. Celery with peanut butter
11. Almonds with peanut butter
12. Garden salad
13. Steel cut oatmeal
14. Steamed edema me
15. Kale chips
16. Small box of raisins
17. Sliced tomato and feta
18. Special K original cereal
18. Cheese and multi grain wheat thins
19. Frozen grapes
20. Apple cinnamon crunch soy chips
21. Cottage cheese and pineapple
22. Hard boiled eggs
23. Banana and nut butter
24. Avocado, hummus on toast
