Workout Wednesday: Quick Fitness Challenges

Happy Wednesday! I know how hard it can be to get your workout in. Your work day runs over, your child gets sick, you have an unexpected family situation to attend to. Usually, health and fitness gets put on the back burner but I have learned on the days when life gets tough to make no excuses and find a way to get something in.
